Elopement Wedding – up to 5 persons

Elopement is just another word for “a very small ceremony”. In Australia it is impossible to decide to elope and get married the next day as you see in the movies. The ceremony requires five (5) persons: the couple, two witnesses and the celebrant. You will have access to me via phone and email as well as preparation and submission of all legal paperwork. Should you only wish to have the legal paperwork completed, the same 5 persons are required and the fee will be the same.

Fee: 490

Wedding Inclusions:

  • Unlimited access to me via phone or email
  • Access to my Step by Step “Guide to Designing your Ceremony”
  • Further assistance, if necessary, in handcrafting your ceremony
  • Access to all of my resources
  • Preparation and submission of all official paperwork
  • Travel allowance of 100km return
  • Commonwealth Marriage Certificate to take on the day.

Renewal of Vows

You do – Still!

Your vow renewal ceremony is a way to celebrate and display your recommitment to one another. I love being part of these types of celebrations as they can be so much fun.

Sometimes couples use wedding anniversaries to renew their vows (10th, 25th, 50th). There are so many reasons – you may want a different celebration to the one you had when you go married. You may have had some difficult times and wish to recommit to your love, reignite the passion and start over.

Of course, there are no legalities and no rules. Anyone you wish can officiate over your ceremony. You may want your children, who are now older, to be part of your celebration.

Your budget requirement will be different and be more dependent on the number of guests to cater for. The location can be literally anywhere; outside, inside, park, beach, in a backyard. There are no family obligations. Itinerary is open. The sky is the limit. I have many fun or formal ideas to discuss for the day.

A creative commemorative certificate would be a lovely keepsake for the two of you.

Fee: To be discussed

Baby Naming Ceremony

What’s in a name?

It is one’s label for life. It will lead your child back to their roots. It bears their belonging to your family, your heritage and promises for the future.

If you are wanting to celebrate the life of your baby or child in a non-religious ceremony, this is the perfect way. It is a beautiful symbolic celebration which requires no licences and has no legalities. The choice for the naming ceremony format are endless : it can be a formal naming, a welcome to the world, a time for important people into your child’s life to give well wishes and pledge their support.

This is the perfect opportunity for the Godparents to be introduced, honoured and recognized to your close friends and family. In these days of families living miles apart, it is of great comfort to have such a support system.

There are so many options for the day such as readings, poems, involvement by guests and children. The ceremony usually takes about 30 minutes and can be held at home, the park, beach, etc.

We would conclude with a presentation of a certificate and, most likely, CAKE!
